Pumpkin pie with orange is easy to make, but incredibly tasty. And another important quality - it is very wet or, if this characteristic applies to the cake, very juicy. There are products that are simply made for each other, for example, pumpkin and orange - even the color is the same! And how tastes fit together, even no words to describe. The simplest dough on kefir or yogurt is in the recipe. For baking, it is better to take a cake pan with a hole in the center, in my recipe a shape with a diameter of 25 centimeters. The decoration can be anything - icing sugar, butter cream, plain icing sugar or melted chocolate.

Ingredients for Pumpkin Pie with Orange
- 200 g of pumpkin pulp;
- 1 large orange;
- 2 eggs of chicken;
- 200 g of kefir;
- 100 g butter;
- 225 g of granulated sugar;
- 285 g of wheat flour;
- 1 teaspoon of drinking soda;
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder;
- spicy mix of spices;
- dark chocolate for decoration;
- salt.
A method of preparing a wet pumpkin pie with orange
To prepare this pumpkin pie with orange, measure sugar, break fresh chicken eggs, add about half a teaspoon of fine salt. Beat the ingredients with a whisk for several minutes.

To the beaten eggs add kefir at room temperature. Kefir in the recipe for a pumpkin pie with an orange can be replaced with any fresh sour-milk product - yogurt, yogurt, yogurt, fermented baked milk.
Melt the butter in a saucepan, cool. Pour the slightly cooled oil into a bowl with liquid ingredients.
Mix the liquid ingredients thoroughly until granules of granulated sugar dissolve.
In a separate container, mix the flour with soda and baking powder. Sift the dry ingredients through a sieve into a bowl of liquid. In a uniform circular motion, knead a smooth dough without lumps.

Add a spicy mixture of spices to the dough, usually ground cinnamon, turmeric, cloves, cardamom, star anise, half a teaspoon of ground seasoning is enough. Thoroughly mix the dough, turn on the oven to heat to a temperature of 165 degrees Celsius.
Lubricate the cake pan with soft butter, sprinkle with flour, shake off excess flour. We spread the dough into the form, distribute it evenly, send the form to the heated oven to the middle level.

Cook the pie for 45-50 minutes. We check readiness with a wooden stick.

Leave the cake in shape for 10 minutes, then remove, turn over and cool on a wire rack.

We melt a bar of chocolate in a water bath, pour a warm pumpkin pie with orange with chocolate and immediately serve.
